The Avondale

Jane & Martin Home really enjoy running The Avondale and it shows. The hotel in the centre of Seaford is family run and very clean with an informal atmosphere.

We have 4 AA Diamond rating and are the only hotel in the area included in the AA “Britain’s Best Top 500 Guest Establishments”

The Avondale Hotel is close to all amenities has sixteen letting rooms there is a stair lift to both the first and second floors.

The rooms are a mixture of single, double, twin and family rooms most of the rooms have en-suite shower and toilet facilities and all rooms have a hand basin, colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities.

The Silverdale

The Silverdale is a seven bedroom Guest House run by Louise and Norman Mayhew with there two sons Connor and Sully in the centre of the Edwardian town of Seaford.

We are inspected by the A.A and English Tourist Board to a very high standard and have a 4 star rating.
