Branded tools are major stockists of the products available online.
Items in stock are despatched the same day. However, it is impossible to offer the complete range from stock. In most cases the manufacturers / suppliers of our range of products deliver to us practically every day, hence an item should not take longer than 3 - 4 days to be in your hands.
In case of a delayed delivery from the manufacturers, we shall endeavour to purchase the product from other wholesales to satisfy the order without any extra cost to you.
Occasionally, an item may become unavailable for a short while due to one reason or another. In such instances, we shall offer the nearest or the next higher alternative, wherever possible at the same price.
If you require an item urgently it is recommended that you contact us either before placing the order or at the time of ordering so that we can confirm the delivery time.
