Holmes Lodge is a friendly Guest House with a Sherlock Holmes theme throughout.

This popular Bed and Breakfast in Sussex has a cosy atmosphere including ground floor accommodation and sea views. All rooms have radio, colour television, central heating and double glazing. There is a large garden at the rear and a conservatory. We have space to store bicycles or hang wet suits and other sports gear.

We are only 300 metres from the train station in Seaford, which is in the town centre. Buses stop in front of the house. The Newhaven ferry is just two miles away. Our floodlit parking has space for nine cars. Superb bar and restaurant meals are available from the hotel next door and there is a wide choice of food available in the town centre including Chinese, Indian and of course traditional English!

We can accommodate single, double, twin, and family groups throughout the year and will try to meet any special needs as required.
